Bad news if you don't speak french : SDJ-Mormons is (so far) a 99 % french language website. We would love to translate our pages into english, but it looks like we don't have enough time for that - unless YOU, or someone you know, want to help us and make some or all of the pages available in the Shakespearian language.

Now, let's take a few lines and explain what SDJ-Mormons is all about !

What ? Another website about Mormons ?...

Yes ! And quite a "classical" one also. But if that kind of site is very common on the web in english, so is not the case in french. Most of them are either pro-mormon and quite small or too specific, either anti-mormon and... well... sometimes as far from truth as it can be.

So SDJ-Mormons was created to fill that hole on the french language web : a simple but quite complete presentation about mormonism, made by french speaking Latter-day Saints, for french speaking non-Mormons.

So much for the background...

What's in your website ?

Articles, FAQ, reviews of books and sites, answers to critics, a glossary, a forum, etc. All kind of things that many people would be happy to find when investigating the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints through the net.

And by the way : if you are a webmaster and have an international "link page" on your web site, don't forget to add SDJ-Mormons if you think it is worth it !

What is "SDJ" for anyway ?

"SDJ" is the french abrevation of "Saints des Derniers Jours", which means "Latter-day Saints". Yes ! SDJ actually means "LDS".
